Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company signed an investment agreement with Al Amal Al Daem International Trading Company to develop an integrated service station within the Salalah Vehicle Market Project in Dhofar Governorate.
The agreement was signed by Engineer Hamad bin Salem Al Mughdari, CEO of Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company, and by businessman Faisal bin Alawi Al Dheeb, representative of Al Amal Al Daem International Trading Company.
Engineer Hamad bin Salem Al Mughdari, CEO of Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company, stated that this agreement is part of the company’s strategy to expand and spread its network of stations, aiming to provide integrated, high-quality services and products across various governorates. This will provide greater convenience for its customers and meet the needs of residents, tourists, visitors, and motorists, who can benefit from a variety of fuel and engine oil products.
This integrated station, which provides its services in a modern and contemporary manner, will operate according to high international standards to achieve additional and distinctive quality and fulfill the aspirations of constructive cooperation with other investment companies.
For his part, Faisal Al Dheeb, representative of Al Amal Al Daem International Trading Company, said that the Salalah Auto City project in Dhofar Governorate includes an integrated fabric of various essential and supporting service components for its success, according to a harmonious and modern design that is in harmony with the requirements of the stage and achieves the desired vital objectives, through which satisfactory returns are sought for customers on both the investment and service levels. He added that the usufruct right for the project is for a period of 25 years, renewable for the same period. The project is the Salalah Auto Market, which is the place officially designated by the Dhofar Municipality for the display and sale of all vehicles and cars on the usufruct land, under the management and operation of the beneficiary for the benefit of Al Amal Al Daem International Trading Company. Faisal Al Dheeb indicated that we seek to develop and build a project with new components that will have an economic impact in resolving the crisis of the random spread of car sales in the city of Salalah, on the one hand, and selling cars to neighboring local and regional markets, on the other hand. Being a project that integrates the car market environment and its comprehensive services under one roof, it will provide greater ease and comfort for customers. The current project is located on plot No. (62) in Block (D) in the east of the industrial workshops area in the state of Salalah, on a total area of 53,000 square meters. He explained that the land allocated for the site of the car and vehicle sales market
