Salalah boasts a commercial center that allows it to access neighboring markets at competitive costs in a country with a well-established business environment and political stability. The auto market offers integrated solutions for car owners and companies looking to buy and sell cars, providing the necessary assistance to meet all their individual and institutional car sales needs. It also offers other complementary services, including government departments and shipping and export offices to serve offices and individuals. It also offers easy access to suppliers (car dealerships and showrooms) nearby to handle all customer needs. Other supporting commercial services include a fuel station, retail outlets, restaurants, and entertainment. You have been working tirelessly for a long time to build the overall concept of the commercial center. The project’s comprehensive vision will include a car auction, various car accessory shops, car inspection and maintenance workshops, a fuel station, banking and financing services, government offices, and a health clinic. All components will be coordinated through a new architectural structure that integrates all essential infrastructure services, supported by contemporary development needs, and creatively utilizes these elements to create a beautiful and distinctive environment for the auto market under one roof.

Our Goals
One of the most important objectives that led to the implementation of the project is to consider developing and building a project with new components that will have an economic impact in resolving the crisis of the spread of car sales in the city of Salalah randomly on the one hand, and the sale of cars to local and international markets surrounding the Sultanate on the other hand, as it is a project in which the car market environment and its integrated services are integrated under one umbrella.
The current location of the project is on a plot of land (62) in Block D, east of the Industrial Workshops Area in the State of Salalah, with a total area of 53,000 square meters. It is a designated land as a market for selling cars and vehicles. The market is distinguished by providing one of the most important logistical services and infrastructure required for the process of buying and selling cars and other requirements. It is also located next to the Al-Razzaz Boulevard Project (under construction), which is of a distinguished quality. It will be a tourist project.
